New Zealand Democratic System
New Zealand has a democratic system of government when people vote for who they want to lead them.Every threes years we have an election. We are given two votes in new zealand and it is called mixed member proportional also known as MMP. In new zealand you must be a NZ citizen and 18 plus years in order to vote. I think it is good to have democratic system in new zealand because we can choose our leader and if we don't like what their doing we can change them at the next election.

Seven Stages
There are seven stages which a bill is gone threw.First step is the bill is introduced to the house .Second Step a member of plament debate about the bill.thrid step A select committee of MPs carefully considers the bill. They read and listen to the views of the public and interested organisations.forth step is the second reding: The bill returns to the House, along with the recommendations of the select committee. Members consider the recommendations and decide.fifth step Members debate the bill part by part in a detailed examination.sixth step thrid reading the final debate MPs look at the bill tink if it should be a law or not.seveth step The Governor-General signs the bill on behalf of the Sovereign, agreeing

Three Branches Of Government
New Zealand’s government is made up of three branches they are called Legislation, Executive, Judiciary. Legislation means laws considered collectively.Executive means relating to having power to put laws into effect like the police and the prime minister and Judiciary means the judicial authorities of a country - which means they judge people who break the law.

Empathy means to understand and share the feelings of others
Why should we show empathy so we can make the world a better place by helping people with their problem and making there life happier.it is good for your mental health. in christchurch people has been upset by the shooting because their family and friends has been shot and killed. Many might be feeling depressed and when we give empathy they don't feel alone anymore and they feel like they are cared for .By showing empathy we can being a closer bonds with other cultures and religions.
